What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing, globally distributed recruiting team while personally owning a req load and leading searches.
• Partner with stakeholders across hubs to align hiring strategy with local market and business unit realities.
• Own requisition administration and manage recruiting budgets in partnership with FP&A (headcount planning, budget tracking, forecasting).
• Redesign and modernize recruiting processes and infrastructure using the newest technologies; rebuild workflows rather than just adding AI tools.
• Build recruiting operations foundations: process design, data infrastructure, reporting cadence, and scalable systems.
• Own recruiting metrics and reporting; partner with Compensation and HR Operations on offers, visas/immigration, right-to-work, onboarding, and background checks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, including experience running a high-performing team and directly owning a req load.
• Proven hands-on experience rebuilding recruiting processes using modern technologies (led redesign, not just prompting LLMs).
• Strong recruiting operations background (process design, data fluency, recruiting metrics, and continuous improvement).
• Experience partnering with HR Operations on visas/immigration, right-to-work verification, onboarding, and background checks.
• Experience leading globally distributed recruiting teams across multiple international markets and time zones.
• Be based in, or be willing to relocate to, Austin, Texas with commitment to the in-office collaboration model.
