What you will do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance for concurrent openings.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and specialized defense networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop role profiles and streamline the search process.
• Conduct structured interviews and provide training to hiring teams to improve interview quality.
• Develop and implement recruiting process improvements and toolsets for better consistency.
• Provide strategic insights to leadership regarding workforce planning and talent market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition with a track record of direct sourcing.
• Proven expertise in recruiting for technical or engineering roles and niche positions.
• Proficiency with ATS and modern sourcing tools.
• Strongly preferred: Background in government contracting or defense.
• Ability to operate with speed and urgency in a high-volume environment.
