What you will do

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment from requisition intake to offer stage.
  • Screen candidates and conduct structured interviews to prepare shortlists.
  • Manage multiple requisitions in parallel while ensuring SLA adherence.
  • Support hiring managers through intake meetings and selection processes.
  • Execute sourcing via ATS, LinkedIn, and job boards to build talent pipelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the ATS to ensure audit readiness and data compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in in-house, SSC, or RPO talent attraction.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and selection methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems and SLA-driven environments.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin or Malaysian is required.
