Talent Attraction Specialist APAC (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment from requisition intake through the offer stage.
• Screen candidates, conduct structured interviews, and prepare role-aligned shortlists.
• Manage multiple requisitions in parallel while meeting defined SLAs.
• Support hiring managers with intake meetings, interview coordination, and selection processes.
• Source candidates through the ATS, LinkedIn, and job boards, and build recurring-role talent pipelines.
• Maintain candidate communication, feedback coordination, accurate ATS records, and compliant documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in in-house, shared service center, or RPO recruitment, ideally for technical or professional roles.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment, selection methodologies, structured interviewing, and direct sourcing.
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems and standardized, SLA-driven environments.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, compliance, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are required.
