What you will do
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment from requisition intake to offer stage.
- Screen candidates and conduct structured interviews to prepare shortlists.
- Manage multiple requisitions in parallel while ensuring SLA adherence.
- Support hiring managers through intake meetings and selection processes.
- Execute sourcing via ATS, LinkedIn, and job boards to build talent pipelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the ATS to ensure audit readiness and data compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in in-house, SSC, or RPO talent attraction.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and selection methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems and SLA-driven environments.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Malaysian is required.
