What you will do

• Lead the research strategy for the Embedded Finance business area.
• Manage the research plan and roadmap for specific services or products.
• Conduct varied research across the product lifecycle, from generative to evaluative.
• Deliver insights to solve customer problems and unlock new opportunities.
• Collaborate within multi-disciplinary design, product, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with design and product teams.
• Expertise in qualitative research, including usability testing, concept testing, and depth interviews.
• Experience combining qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Proven ability to create research roadmaps and define strategic direction.
• Ability to synthesize insights and influence business stakeholders.
• Experience in exploratory research and ethnographic studies.
