What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX research for complex, high-risk problem spaces within the D2C proposition.
• Translate business and customer challenges into effective qualitative and mixed-method research approaches.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to ensure insights directly inform product strategy.
• Communicate research findings clearly to stakeholders, articulating risks, trade-offs, and opportunities.
• Contribute to the research repository to build a reusable body of customer knowledge.
• Promote high standards of research quality, ethics, and customer-centred practice.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester, UK.
• Significant experience planning and delivering end-to-end UX research in digital environments.
• Strong qualitative research skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions through evidence-based insights.
• Experience selecting and applying appropriate research methods based on specific project needs.
• Familiarity with modern remote research and usability testing tools.
