Senior Product Designer

TL;DR

What you will do

• Co-own discovery phases with Product to identify customer problems and business opportunities.
• Translate insights and requirements into clear, effective design solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile applications.
• Simplify complex user journeys and optimize features based on delivery constraints.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and developers to align on solutions.
• Maintain high standards of file hygiene and component usage within Figma.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK for 2 days onsite per week.
• Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.
• Strong background in designing customer-facing mobile app experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma with excellent file organization and component management.
• Ability to use research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Strong communication skills to explain design rationale to stakeholders.
