Location: Remote within the United States, including California

Salary: $173,655–$204,300 per year

What you will do

• Advise strategic clients and executive stakeholders on technology strategy, innovation, and digital transformation.
• Lead discovery workshops, innovation sessions, technology roadmaps, and solution development.
• Develop and commercialize technology products, digital capabilities, AI, automation, and workplace technology services.
• Own commercial strategy, pricing approaches, licensing models, implementation costs, and technology-related contract negotiations.
• Lead technology workstreams for complex global RFPs, RFIs, client presentations, and finalist discussions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and present solution strategies to C-suite decision-makers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, technology sales, solution architecture, product strategy, or commercial real estate technology.
• Experience leading complex client engagements and executive stakeholder relationships.
• Experience developing and commercializing technology products, platforms, or service offerings.
• Experience building business cases and commercial models for technology investments.
• Ability to influence executive decision-makers and translate complex technology concepts into clear business value.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States, including California.
