Working Student Legal (m/f/d) (Legal Research and Contract Management): Supporting national and international legal and compliance assessments, drafting and reviewing German- and English-language contracts, and maintaining contract management records with an accent on legal research, contract documentation, and compliance. Focus on preparing concise contract summaries, organizing legal documents, and structuring contract information for the Legal Department.
Location: Onsite at the offices in Munich or Bayreuth, Germany

What you will do
- Research and assess national and international legal and compliance matters.
- Draft, structure, and review contracts in German and English.
- Prepare legal documents and concise contract summaries.
- Create overviews and maintain the contract management system.
Requirements
- Currently studying German law in at least the third semester.
- Fluent spoken and written German and English.
- Strong communication, teamwork, flexibility, and a structured working style.
- Secure use of MS Office applications.
- Professional experience and a driver's license are advantageous.
