Legal Counsel – Employment Law

What you will do

• Advise on individual and collective employment law matters, including employee data protection.
• Support HR with employment-related agreements in German and English and handle employment law disputes.
• Provide legal support for complex national and international transactions and restructurings.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal materials, and contribute to ongoing projects and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments and external law firms.
• Work directly with and regularly exchange with the Director of Legal & Compliance.

Requirements

• Completed law studies and passed both German State Examinations.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience at an internationally operating law firm or international company.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
• Strong technology affinity and interest in digital and legal topics.
• Structured, solution-oriented approach with the ability to communicate complex matters clearly.
• Teamwork, flexibility, initiative, and ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic international environment.
