Working Student – Legal Operations (F/M/D) (AI)

What you will do

• Coordinate patent, trademark, and design matters with internal stakeholders and external patent attorneys.
• Support the evaluation and rollout of legal technology, including AI-powered solutions.
• Build and maintain AI-supported workflows for legal operations.
• Create templates, guidelines, and internal documentation for effective tool adoption.
• Organize the Legal team’s knowledge base, self-service resources, contracts, and legal records.
• Conduct legal research, support corporate, privacy, and data protection matters, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Order Management on process improvements.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in law, business law, or a comparable program with a solid understanding of basic legal principles.
• Structured and detail-oriented approach to organizing information and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and spoken English skills required.
• Interest in intellectual property, patents, trademarks, designs, legal technology, and AI tools.
• Curiosity about improving the work of an in-house Legal team.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Jira, or a legal working environment.
