Law Clerk – Legal & Compliance (all genders)

What you will do

• Support the Legal & Compliance team with a broad range of legal matters in the e-commerce environment.
• Draft, review, and revise contracts and legal documents related to data protection, IT, employment, intellectual property, and e-commerce law.
• Support the implementation of compliance requirements and internal policies.
• Research current legal developments and prepare legal assessments and recommendations.
• Work with internal departments to identify legal risks early and develop legally sound solutions.

Requirements

• Successfully completed the First State Examination in Law.
• Strong understanding of business contexts and interest in digital business models, technology, and fashion.
• Broad interest in e-commerce, IT, data protection, employment, intellectual property, sales law, and compliance.
• Careful, structured, independent working style with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
• Confident use of MS Office or Google Workspace.
