What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians on high-profile municipal projects.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables and calculations for water and wastewater projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across multiple disciplines.
• Supervise, mentor, and manage the performance of assigned engineering personnel.
• Interface with clients to identify key interests and resolve concerns.
• Support business development and pursuit activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Authorized to work in the US (No visa sponsorship available)
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding (background check, drug screen).

Nice to have

• PE license.
• Previous engineering consulting experience.
• Experience executing multi-discipline WTP and WWTP upgrades and expansion projects.
