What you will do

• Develop and maintain stormwater asset inventories and databases.
• Conduct condition ratings, risk scoring, and prioritization of collection system assets and SWMFs.
• Support capital improvement planning (CIP) and maintenance management programs.
• Manage workflows within EAM platforms (HxGN EAM, Cartegraph, Cityworks) and integrate field data into GIS.
• Perform field assessments, inspections, and evaluations of stormwater components.
• Prepare and review inspection reports, asset management plans, and planning documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, civil/environmental engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of practical experience with stormwater collection system inspection or asset management.
• Knowledge of stormwater infrastructure and SWMF design (detention/retention basins, bioretention).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and ability to perform fieldwork in difficult terrain and all weather conditions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infor EAM, Cartegraph, Cityworks, or similar Enterprise Asset Management platforms.
• Proficiency with Esri products (ArcGIS, Field Maps, Survey 123).
• NASSCO PACP/LACP pipeline inspection certification.
• Virginia DEQ SWM & ESC Inspector certifications.
