What you will do

• Perform detailed engineering calculations using industry-standard tools to verify design compliance.
• Drive design workflows by utilizing Civil 3D to create accurate site models and infrastructure layouts.
• Lead the creation of contract drawings by providing precise technical direction to design technicians.
• Act as a central point of technical communication between project leadership and external clients.
• Troubleshoot design challenges and optimize site performance using hydraulic and drainage modeling.
• Prepare and organize technical documentation to ensure rigorous and accurate permitting submittals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineering (P.E.) License is mandatory.
• 4+ years of progressive professional experience in civil engineering design.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic/hydrologic modeling tools (e.g., Hydraflow, PondPack, WaterCAD).
