What you will do

• Guarantee facility compliance with local, state, and federal water quality permit requirements.

• Act as the primary operational liaison for client management, reporting on project status and deliverables.
• Oversee regional budgets and track operational costs and savings.

Requirements

• Active state-certified Industrial or Municipal Wastewater Treatment Operator License (Grade A/B equivalent).
• 6+ years of experience in industrial or municipal water/wastewater treatment facilities.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity managing operations teams.
• Strong understanding of SCADA software, fluid flow, and control instrumentation.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally (~10%).
