Senior Solution Engineer (SaaS/Presales): Designing and delivering industry-specific technical solutions for the hirify.global HUB to drive enterprise sales in CPG, Manufacturing, and Automotive sectors with an accent on regulatory compliance, supply chain resilience, and SAP integration. Focus on translating complex business requirements into technical proofs-of-concept and aligning product roadmaps with industry-specific KPIs.

Location: Hybrid. Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) Munich, Mannheim, or Milano. Willingness to travel 25–35% across the EU is required.

What you will do

• Own the technical sales process for assigned industry verticals, tailoring platform deep-dives and defining solution scopes.
• Design and deliver industry-tailored demonstrations and end-to-end proofs-of-concept (POCs) anchored in value drivers.
• Manage technical integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems and oversee functional RFPs/RFIs.
• Provide structured industry insights to the Product team to ensure the roadmap addresses competitive pressures and client needs.
• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy, multi-threading, and stakeholder mapping for enterprise deals.
• Mentor junior Solution Engineers and develop enablement content and battle-cards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in solution engineering, presales, or technical consulting for B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Strong technical proficiency in REST APIs, SAP, identity management (SSO), cloud architecture, and data modeling.
• Proven track record of managing complex enterprise deals with sizes exceeding €250K.
• Outstanding communication skills in both German and English (C1+).
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Munich, Mannheim, or Milano.
• Experience using AI tools for research, demo preparation, and RFP automation.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or French.
• Domain expertise in Carbon Accounting, Supplier Intelligence, Traceability, or Product compliance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or ServiceNow.
• Exposure to Agentic AI in enterprise SaaS or experience scaling SE teams.
