What you will do
- Build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders as a reliable and value-driving partner.
- Drive customer outcomes by creating success plans, tracking KPIs, and translating results into business insights.
- Oversee cross-functional implementations to ensure smooth and on-time go-lives.
- Proactively manage account renewals and identify growth opportunities and new use cases.
- Make value visible through strong communication and translating outcomes into impactful messages.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities to ensure execution and follow-through.
- Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Genuine interest in AI, automation, and customer experience innovation.
