Location: Must be based in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and able to travel regularly (approx. 30%).

Compensation: €179K – €211K OTE + Equity

What you will do

• Own direct enterprise sales for strategic named accounts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Generate pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and account-based hunting.
• Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery and business case development to negotiation and close.
• Position hirify.global as a strategic platform for HPC modernization and AI-driven product development.
• Build trusted relationships with technical champions and C-level executive leadership.
• Coordinate with solutions engineering and customer success to execute strategic account plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of success in enterprise sales of complex technical, cloud, SaaS, or engineering technology solutions.
• Proven track record of direct new business acquisition and winning new logos in the DACH market.
• Must be based in the DACH region.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in both German and English (C1+).
• Experience selling into automotive, manufacturing, or HPC environments is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for disciplined pipeline management.
