What you will do

• Partner with customers to understand business objectives, contracting processes, and functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into scalable platform configurations aligned with implementation best practices.
• Configure application components including workflows, forms, business rules, validations, and permissions.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, design workshops, and user acceptance activities with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, and Product Management throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS consulting, professional services, or solution delivery.
• Experience implementing or supporting enterprise software like CLM, ERP, or procurement platforms.
• Hands-on experience configuring application workflows, forms, and role-based security.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose configuration, process, and data-related issues.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Reston, VA.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing CLM solutions within U.S. Public Sector organizations.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), DFARS, or other federal procurement rules.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or government cloud environments.
