TL;DR

Requirements Analyst (IT): Gathering, evaluating, and validating end-user requirements for the Naval Criminal Investigative Service's (NCIS) Case Management System with an accent on business logic discovery, mockups, and acceptance criteria. Focus on bridging the gap between technical teams and end-users within an Agile/SCRUM environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Quantico, VA (Hybrid)

Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 Annually

What you will do

• Analyze business and technical processes to formulate and modify information systems.
• Interface between systems architects, developers, and end-users to ensure design alignment.
• Document product requirements and develop test procedures for user requests.
• Lead requirements working groups and user acceptance training sessions.
• Manage sprint and story workflows using the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• 9+ years of experience in requirements analysis or commensurate professional experience.
• Expertise in software business logic discovery, mockups, and acceptance criteria development.
• Working knowledge of Department of Navy networks and information assurance protocols.
• Experience working within SCRUM teams and Agile methodology.

• Certified SCRUM Master (CSM)
