Director - Client Growth Partner (Retail & CPG)

Compensation: $250K - $350K OTE (base + variable)

What you will do

• Grow assigned portfolio by 15%+ YOY through structured account planning and expanded offerings.
• Position the company as a strategic partner for AI transformation with CXO-level stakeholders.
• Establish a strategic presence at the executive level in partnership with AI advisors and capability leads.
• Manage procurement and legal negotiations to shape and defend commercial business cases.
• Collaborate with engineering and capability teams to ensure delivery and client trust.
• Procure public testimonials and references from clients regarding the quality of work.

Requirements

• Must be based in NYC, NY, United States.
• 5+ years of key account leadership experience managing accounts of $20M+ for a professional services firm.
• Proven track record of significant account expansion and growth.
• Ability to credibly engage and build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs.
• AI fluency within an industry context to lead value-driven conversations on AI transformation.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in deal shaping and procurement.
