What you will do
- Lead senior client relationships across strategic pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device accounts.
- Build annual account plans, long-term learning roadmaps, and executive business reviews.
- Identify growth opportunities, lead proposals and pitches, and negotiate contracts.
- Co-create technology-enabled learning solutions with architects, creatives, and learning strategists.
- Oversee complex programs spanning workshops, digital platforms, virtual experiences, simulations, and field enablement.
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, measurable outcomes, and new revenue streams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in client services, consulting, or account leadership.
- Experience in an agency, medical communications, or training-focused environment.
- Deep familiarity with life sciences and regulated training environments.
- Demonstrated success growing multimillion-dollar accounts and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong ability to translate business goals into learning strategy and solutions.
- Must be able to work remotely from the United States.

- Experience with AI-powered learning tools or omnichannel training strategies.
