What you will do

• Manage individual sales funnel and targets for Investment Banking in the Japan region.
• Identify and qualify prospects through networking and prospecting to maintain a pipeline exceeding $1M in opportunity.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and execute negotiations at the executive level.
• Coordinate the development and presentation of proposals and maintain accurate sales reporting.
• Implement innovations to improve team efficiency and handle account escalations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consultative, value-based sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
• Fluency in Japanese and deep familiarity with the Japan region.
• Background in banking, consulting, accounting, or financial technology.
• Domain expertise in Investment Banking, Private Capital Markets, or Venture Capital.
• Experience selling enterprise software in complex buying environments.
• Must be based in Singapore.
