Sales Development Lead (APAC): Own outbound sales strategy for the APAC region while building and developing a high-performing SDR team with an accent on outbound playbook design, KPI-driven optimization, and coaching reps to generate enterprise pipeline. Focus on scaling prospecting and outreach processes, aligning with Account Executives on objections and market trends, and unblocking deals through mentorship and escalation.

What you will do
- Build, coach, and manage a team of SDRs, setting the bar for outbound execution and pipeline generation.
- Design and continuously refine the APAC outbound playbook (research, prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and social outreach).
- Partner with Account Executives to incorporate prospect feedback, objections, and market trends into sharper outreach.
- Own KPI tracking and reporting (conversion rates, lead quality, outreach effectiveness) and optimize strategy using data.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to scale process as the team and market mature.
- Serve as an escalation point and mentor for the team, unblocking deals and developing individual reps’ skills.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of outbound B2B sales experience, including leading, mentoring, or managing an SDR/BDR team.
- Proven track record of personally securing new business meetings and coaching others to do the same.
- Experience building opportunity-sized lead lists in new markets and categories.
- Experience building and scaling outbound process, tooling, and playbooks from the ground up.
- Fluency with prospecting tools (sales engagement platforms, enrichment tools, CRM).
- English: excellent verbal and written communication skills; second language (Mandarin) is a plus.
