Sr. Product Manager (MarTech)

Location: Remote Poland

Base salary: 230,000–290,000 PLN annually, plus potential performance-based bonus and equity options.

What you will do

• Own the strategic vision, roadmap, and end-to-end execution of complex enterprise products.
• Validate customer opportunities through interviews, quantitative research, and market analysis.
• Use AI and modern product management tools to accelerate discovery and improve product experiences.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, marketing, research, design, and engineering teams.
• Prioritize backlogs and guide engineering teams in delivering customer value through an agile CI/CD environment.
• Support product adoption through go-to-market strategies, enablement, webinars, demos, and documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager building SaaS products.
• Proven success driving customer adoption and retention, including experience growing products at scale.
• Experience delivering martech products or solutions in marketing, eCommerce, retail, travel, digital media, healthcare, or financial services.
• Experience building complex features with upstream and downstream dependencies, writing product specifications and user stories, and prioritizing competing initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and experience presenting strategic and financial value to senior leadership.
• Fluent English required; Russian fluency is a plus.
