What you will do

• Prepare and manage critical export shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
• Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and overseas offices to ensure strict compliance with export regulations.
• Arrange bookings with shipping lines and airlines while monitoring vessel and flight schedules.
• Track shipment status from initial cargo receipt through to final destination arrival.
• Communicate with customers and overseas partners to resolve operational issues and provide delivery milestones.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and monitor KPIs to drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in export documentation management and shipping operations.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including carriers and trucking companies.
• Proficiency in managing bookings and tracking cargo movements.
• Strong communication skills for professional interaction with global partners.
• Competence in maintaining operational data and preparing reports within internal systems.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Ulsan, South Korea
