What you will do

• Manage capacity and fulfillment for charter flights and blocked space with carriers and partners.
• Optimize margins by consolidating shipments to generate free weight and meet service levels.
• Coordinate shipment movement with partners and maintain accurate consolidation plans.
• Oversee the clearance and de-consolidation of import shipments into the region.
• Collaborate with the tech team to build and enhance the proprietary Air Planning Tool.
• Ensure cargo is loaded, secured, tracked, and declared according to airline regulations.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 2-3 years of experience in air freight forwarding or logistics.
• Proven track record of success in an operational or planning role.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and structured, process-oriented thinking.
• Client service mindset and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work outside standard office hours, including occasional weekend or night shifts.
