What you will do

• Manage NPI engineering material planning and tracking for foundries and OSATs.
• Develop material purchase plans for engineering samples and track delivery status.
• Coordinate logistics and collaborate with suppliers to ensure a steady material flow.
• Establish integrated systems to drive operational work efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage the delivery of customer engineering samples.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in an engineering field.
• Technical understanding of backend manufacturing processes such as wafer prep, dicing, and sorting.
• Proven experience in semiconductor NPI and supply chain risk mitigation.
• Experience in operational alignment with semiconductor foundries or advanced manufacturing vendors.
• English: Fluent (written and verbal) required for collaboration with global vendors and teams.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel and experience in industrial engineering.
