What you will do

• Own monthly demand forecasting activities across VSS product groups and coordinate inputs from global and regional stakeholders.
• Consolidate Finance and Marketing inputs to create and analyze three-year demand plans.
• Develop Power BI reporting on forecast, demand, actuals, and forecast accuracy.
• Validate data and reporting outputs from Kinaxis and other planning platforms to ensure reliable business insights.
• Support forecasting system transitions, new-business onboarding, data integration, and supply chain projects.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives with Marketing, Digitalization, Sales, and supply chain teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, manufacturing planning, logistics, purchasing, data analysis, or related business planning.
• Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, supply chain planning, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience analyzing complex datasets with Power BI and Excel.
• Experience with ERP, forecasting, or planning tools such as SAP APO, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Oracle Demantra, Anaplan, or similar platforms.
• Fluent written and verbal English, flexibility to work across global time zones, and eligibility for business travel.
