What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Solutions Architects, focusing on career development and performance.
• Develop and implement standardized methodologies for technical pre-sales, POCs, and solution designs.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to define and execute technical pre-sales strategies.
• Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and SOW request management.
• Participate in strategic customer engagements and complex technical discussions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key technology partners including AWS and Microsoft.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture or technical pre-sales.
• 5+ years of experience in delivery and pre-sales of consulting services.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical teams.
• Strong expertise in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to both technical and business audiences.
