Resident Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: Remote, must be located in the US East, Central, or West timezone

Salary: $170,000–$240,000 annual OTE

What you will do

• Serve as the strategic technical advisor and named technical owner for key enterprise and strategic customer accounts.
• Own technical account strategies, roadmaps, architecture reviews, operating reviews, and executive technical alignment.
• Guide customers through connectors, MCP, actions, APIs, SDKs, custom UI embeds, and agent workflow design.
• Productionize advanced AI workflows by defining evaluations, governance, observability, guardrails, reliability, and rollout requirements.
• Design or lead strategic technical builds, including custom connectors, MCP servers, Web SDK integrations, Client API integrations, and embedded experiences.
• Translate customer requirements and deployment blockers into product feedback while shaping reusable technical programs, blueprints, and delivery patterns.

Requirements

• Computer Science degree or equivalent and 7+ years of relevant technical consulting, solutions architecture, or customer-facing engineering experience.
• Software development experience in at least two modern languages, including Python, Java, or Go.
• Strong experience with APIs, SDKs, custom data integrations, enterprise application architecture, and distributed-system debugging.
• AI fluency beyond prompting, including agentic workflows, AI application architecture, retrieval, grounded responses, evaluations, and production readiness.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, plus networking, private connectivity, enterprise security, privacy, and audit requirements.
• Experience owning strategic enterprise accounts and moving AI use cases from prototypes to production-quality systems.

Nice to have

• Pre-sales or post-sales Solutions Architect experience in a product-led company.
• Experience with private networking, on-premises data sources, advanced governance, custom UI requirements, or AI workflow productionization.
• Hands-on use of Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot for responsible technical development.
