Focus on productionizing advanced workflows, designing custom connectors, and aligning technical roadmaps to measurable business outcomes.

Location: Remote (Must be located in US East, Central, or West timezone)

Salary: $170,000 - $240,000 OTE annually

What you will do

• Act as the primary strategic technical advisor and named technical owner for high-value Enterprise and Strategic accounts.
• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and lead architecture review workshops to align technical plans with business objectives.
• Guide customers in implementing connectors, MCP, actions, APIs, SDKs, and agent workflows.
• Productionize AI workflows by defining evals, governance, observability, and guardrails before broad rollout.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer friction and deployment blockers into engineering-ready product feedback.
• Design and deliver strategic technical builds including custom connectors and embedded product experiences.

Requirements

• Must be located in US East, Central, or West timezone.
• 7+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or customer-facing engineering.
• Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages: Python, Java, or Go.
• Strong AI fluency and experience integrating AI into core workflows and building repeatable multi-step agentic processes.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure, and deep understanding of cloud/on-prem networking and security.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Pre-sales or post-sales Solutions Architect experience in a product-led company.
• Experience using agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot to scaffold and refine technical solutions.
