Salary: $200,000–$250,000 OTE

What you will do

• Lead strategic customer engagements from discovery to implementation, designing comprehensive hirify.global solutions across workflows and data design.
• Act as a hands-on engineer writing custom scripts and building integrations using Python, Node.js, or PowerShell.
• Analyze field insights from custom implementations to identify and pitch high-value features to Product and R&D teams.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and align AI-driven automation with business outcomes.
• Codify repeatable deployment patterns into reusable playbooks and mentor other Solutions Architects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in post-sales technical architecture, professional services, or enterprise delivery.
• Deep hands-on experience in IT operations, including Windows/Mac endpoints, Active Directory, Azure AD, and RMM/PSA landscapes.
• Proficiency in writing and debugging code (Python, Node.js, PowerShell) for API connections and solution delivery.
• Familiarity with the Gen AI landscape, LLM-based systems, and decomposing IT problems into AI/ML workflows.
• Strong consultative communication, whiteboarding, and technical documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for on-site customer engagements.
