What you will do

• Define the architecture for a hyperscaler and LLM-agnostic product designed to run on customer infrastructure.
• Design a semantic data core featuring graph-based modeling, typed relationships, and multi-tenant isolation.
• Architect agentic services, including tool-using LLM agents, orchestration, guardrails, and retrieval grounding.
• Establish technical standards for async API design, state machines, and draft-to-active data lifecycles.
• Lead end-to-end technical delivery and mentor high-caliber engineering talent.
• Make critical build-vs-buy and model-selection decisions for the platform.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience building software with a proven record of shipping products from 0 to 1.
• Deep expertise in LLM engineering, specifically designing agentic systems with Claude and GPT.
• Experience with production RAG, including embeddings, vector search, chunking, and re-ranking.
• Proficiency in prompt and context engineering, schema validation, and regression harnesses.
• Strong technical skills in Python, modern JS/TS (React/Vite), containers, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in New York or Dallas, US.

Nice to have

• Exposure to CPQ, quote-to-cash, or enterprise SaaS.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or Revenue Cloud.
