Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $265,000 – $352,750

What you will do

• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing Solutions Architecture organization across the US and Canada.
• Partner with Sales to execute technical sales strategies and drive enterprise revenue growth.
• Establish scalable solution-selling methodologies, industry playbooks, and technical delivery frameworks.
• Lead technical engagements with enterprise customers as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
• Guide customers in designing secure, scalable, production-ready agentic AI solutions across various deployment environments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into platform improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture.
• 5+ years leading customer-facing technical teams.
• Proven experience hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing technical organizations.
• Strong understanding of modern AI architectures, including LLMs, agentic AI, and enterprise integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with enterprise Sales organizations and articulate business value to C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions in complex or regulated environments.

• Background in enterprise AI, cloud, or data platform companies.
• Experience supporting customers in regulated industries like financial services, healthcare, or energy.
