What you will do

• Process and route invoices using Coupa, performing PO matching and verifying field accuracy.
• Perform claims vendor setup and maintenance in Guidewire following MAR controls.
• Support account and bank reconciliations by researching open items and preparing schedules.
• Assist with 1099 processing activities, including data preparation and validation.
• Monitor system reports and queues for rejected or unpaid invoices and escalate issues.
• Participate in audit support by gathering evidence and responding to requests.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a related field is required.
• Professional experience in accounting roles or clerical financial support functions.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must have indefinite authorization to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Willingness to learn enterprise systems including Coupa, Oracle, Guidewire, and BlackLine.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with AI tools and CoPilot.
