What you will do

• Execute and refine a Sales program aligned to GTM strategy to increase SMB revenue and market share.
• Manage interlock governance and cadence with regional RTM teams and global stakeholders.
• Own the sales program forecast and drive execution with regional counterparts.
• Analyze competitive activity and syndicated research to make strategic sales play recommendations.
• Track and report program metrics against predetermined goals and benchmarks.
• Develop and audit sales training materials and partner portal content.

Requirements

• University or Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• 8-12+ years of selling experience at the end-user account or partner level.
• Proven experience as a sales or account manager selling to CxO and decision-maker levels.
• Deep knowledge of the IT industry, Channel Transactional Sales, and SMB/MM segments.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical thinking, and data manipulation skills.
• Ability to manage and influence virtual teams globally.
