What you will do

• Oversee, manage, and provide training to Project Managers and Coordinators.
• Serve as the primary escalation point of contact for project and internal stakeholders.
• Take ownership of complex programs and projects.
• Standardize documentation of programs, customer service offerings, and artifacts.
• Directly manage consultants, providing performance feedback and professional support.
• Deliver and manage program or portfolio financial requirements.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of professional experience in project or program management.
• PMI certification.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills for communicating with senior management.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record in portfolio financial management.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Raleigh, North Carolina
