What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program execution across all silicon development stages, including architecture, RTL, DV, DFT, PD, FW, and post-silicon characterization.
• Drive tapeout readiness, milestone tracking, and sign-off across all engineering disciplines.
• Manage relationships with foundries (TSMC), OSAT, and IP vendors, including SOW negotiation and risk escalation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, WBS, and risk registers.
• Align engineering execution with business unit objectives within a large matrix organization.
• Lead POR/PSM planning sessions and conduct executive program reviews.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering (10–15 years experience) or MS (8–10 years experience).
• 7+ years of program management experience in the semiconductor industry driving SoC/HW programs.
• Deep working knowledge of the full silicon development flow (RTL, DV, DFT, PD, FW/SW integration).
• Familiarity with TSMC advanced node flows (N5/N4/N3/N2+), yield ramp, and PCN management.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
• Exceptional communication, risk management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
