What you will do

• Coordinate multiple in-flight GTM systems programs (CPQ, deployment tracking, account data quality, and compliance-driven process change).
• Prepare for and run quarterly business reviews for GTM systems initiatives, driving decisions and follow-ups.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, and Business Technology leadership to keep programs aligned and moving.
• Translate between technical implementation details and executive priorities in both directions.
• Define, track, and hold programs to measurable business outcomes and ensure teams can articulate how success is measured.
• Aggregate and maintain documentation, plans, and status views to keep cross-functional initiatives coherent.
• Surface risks, dependencies, and competing priorities early and drive them to resolution without direct authority.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with GTM processes (lead-to-cash/quote-to-cash, renewals/expansion, or customer health).
• Working understanding of how systems like Salesforce, CPQ platforms, or customer success tools support those GTM processes.
• Proven track record owning cross-functional alignment with senior stakeholders (facilitating recurring business reviews and driving decisions without direct authority).
• Strong program management fundamentals: planning, tracking, dependency and risk management.
• Clear written and verbal communication, able to switch between technical detail and executive summaries.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments where processes may not yet exist.

Nice to have

• Experience with lead and campaign automation, CPQ implementations, or customer success/health-scoring programs (e.g., Gainsight).
• Experience in compliance-sensitive environments (e.g., SOX or IPO readiness).
• Experience partnering closely with engineering or business technology teams on systems implementations.
• Familiarity with data models behind GTM systems and comfort using data to diagnose program performance.
• Experience at a company that scaled significantly during your tenure.
