What you will do

• Assess and optimize the end-to-end executive value stream to ensure consistency and impact across all touchpoints.
• Design and implement bespoke executive programs, standards, and playbooks that align with leadership expectations.
• Oversee executive onboarding experiences to accelerate time-to-impact and cultural integration.
• Develop executive coaching programs and personalized growth plans to strengthen the leadership bench.
• Create frameworks for leadership readiness and succession planning to mitigate talent risks.
• Partner with Executive Recruiting, Compensation, and HRBPs to deliver a cohesive executive experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Executive Talent or similar HR functions.
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing other professionals.
• Experience executing large-scale transformational projects within complex, fast-paced organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or Psychology.
• Strong expertise in executive assessment, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

• Executive coaching certification.
• Experience supporting executive populations in high-growth organizations.
• Experience building and deploying experiential learning programs.
• Familiarity with talent assessment methodologies.
