What you will do

• Lead People workstreams for acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic integrations to align with growth strategy.
• Direct comprehensive people due diligence, assessing leadership teams, talent risks, and employment liabilities.
• Develop organizational designs, role mapping, and retention strategies for key leaders and high-impact talent.
• Oversee the integration of compensation, benefits, and reward programs across acquired businesses.
• Establish a scalable People M&A playbook including governance routines and risk frameworks.
• Partner strategically with the CPO on integration agendas, executive reviews, and Board-related topics.

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Human Resources within complex or high-growth organizations.
• Proven track record of leading people integrations and M&A workstreams across multiple transactions.
• Deep expertise in organizational design, executive assessment, and change management.
• Strong business and financial acumen to connect people decisions to deal rationale and enterprise value.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX, US.

• Experience in software, SaaS, or construction technology sectors.
• Experience supporting global organizations with operations across North America and Europe.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master’s in HR/Organizational Psychology.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or PMP.
