What you will do

• Define and execute the global L&D vision and roadmap across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Develop multimodal learning experiences for leadership, onboarding, and workforce upskilling.
• Manage the global learning technology stack and infrastructure to enable learning at scale.
• Lead the US Talent Acceleration team, owning the delivery of culture, succession, and performance agendas.
• Integrate AI into the design and delivery of learning programs to foster an AI-native culture.
• Utilize data and metrics to measure learning impact and optimize business outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in L&D or HR with significant people-leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leading L&D functions at a global scale.
• Experience managing within a matrix organization across diverse geographies.
• Advanced degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Learning, Education, or Human Resources.
• Must be based in or able to work from Needham, MA, United States.
• Strong orientation toward measurement and data-driven design decisions.
