Sr Director, Senior Leadership Development (Biotech): Designing and delivering a robust leadership development strategy for senior leaders with an accent on succession planning, mentoring programs, and executive capabilities. Focus on building high-impact learning experiences, curating curriculums, and aligning development with business needs in a global biopharma environment.
Location: Hybrid role based out of Bridgewater, NJ office (option to work remotely most of the time, with in-person collaboration when it matters most; occasional domestic travel ~10%)
Salary: $214,000–$292,000 Annual

What you will do
- Partner with HRBPs to support succession planning for senior leadership roles, building multi-year roadmaps and individualized readiness plans
- Create and lead a senior leadership mentoring program, driving mentor/mentee relationships and tracking outcomes
- Develop, own, and improve global senior leadership learning curriculum
- Design and deliver executive development initiatives using 70:20:10 model
- Manage external partnerships for development programs and executive coaching vendors
- Facilitate onboarding, cross-functional team leadership initiatives, and Leadership Summit content
Requirements
- Bachelor's in HR, OD, I/O Psychology or related; Master's a plus
- 12+ years in Leadership/OD/Talent Management; 3-5+ years in executive development; prior Pharma/Biotech experience required
- Demonstrated experience designing/implementing senior leadership strategies with measurable impact
- Experience with succession planning, leadership assessments, global facilitation (synchronous/asynchronous)
- Strong program management, facilitation skills, executive presence, vendor management
- Proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office 365
