What you will do

• Partner with Sales leadership as a trusted advisor to deliver people strategies that drive business goals.
• Own the full talent lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, retention, and succession planning.
• Lead organizational development initiatives to improve agility and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations on complex cases and coach managers on performance management.
• Assess capability gaps and develop leadership growth plans to ensure organizational readiness.
• Utilize workforce analytics to identify trends and provide executive-ready recommendations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in global, sales-driven, or technical environments.
• Proven success in senior HRBP roles advising executive-level leadership.
• Deep understanding of sales compensation plans, performance metrics, and sales-related strategy.
• Strong expertise in organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Psychology.
