Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do
- Plan and implement disaster case management and temporary housing programs using project management and human-centered design.
- Oversee daily program operations, monitor service quality, and ensure compliance with program standards.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams, community partners, and external stakeholders.
- Analyze program data to identify trends and manage the use of Salesforce to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Coordinate housing placements, manage caseload allocation, and prepare reports for funders and leadership.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in program, project, or design management, including end-to-end management of technology-enabled initiatives like CRM implementations.
- 1-3 years of experience leading or managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- 1-3 years of experience working in a nonprofit, social services, or high-volume customer service environment.
- Must live within specified Texas counties (Kerr, Kimble, Harris, Ft Bend, Galveston, Montgomery, Waller, and Brazoria) and be willing to travel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for translating user needs into actionable recommendations.
- This role is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data cleaning, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
