Program Manager

Program Manager (PgM): Oversee program operations, fiscal health, and service delivery teams while ensuring contract deliverables are prepared, quality-reviewed, and submitted on time with an accent on integrated master planning, customer satisfaction management, and risk/issue tracking. Focus on coordinating with the corporate PMO, managing budgets and direct labor costs, and mentoring junior Project Managers to deliver measurable outcomes.

Location: On-Site Washington, DC (Woodbridge, VA)

Salary: $106,292 - $150,000

What you will do

• Manage staff and program processes; evaluate department activities and oversee operations and fiscal health.
• Provide oversight of service delivery teams to ensure fulfillment of contractual requirements and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain the master integrated plan combining individual project plans; align plans with the customer and ensure staffing/resources for execution.
• Coordinate with the corporate PMO on standard processes, templates, deliverables, and TO financial tracking/forecasting and progress reporting.
• Manage direct labor costs and ensure incurred costs remain within budget; ensure deliverables (reports, design documents, SOPs) are prepared ahead of due dates for QA review.
• Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction; manage risk and issues tracking and coach/mentor junior Project Managers.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunity.
• Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance.
• 15+ years of experience managing technical projects, including at least 1 year of Program Management experience.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
• Strong communication skills to present recommendations and provide training; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
