What you will do

• Manage the design and delivery of ServiceNow enhancements and integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Act as Scrum Master by facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers and solution architects.
• Manage cross-system dependencies, integration risks, and mitigation plans across concurrent workstreams.
• Coordinate release schedules and maintain high-quality technical documentation for organizational partners.
• Support vendor and third-party integration partners to ensure data quality, security, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience managing technical projects, system enhancements, or data integrations.
• Strong ability to enforce Agile methodologies in a Scrum Master role.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or MS Azure DevOps.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to communicate advanced technical concepts to both technical staff and senior executives.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the USA (New York) or UK (London).
