What you will do

• Own Public Sector marketing strategy and revenue contribution across the Americas region, driving demand generation and lead conversion.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Public Sector audiences to translate market dynamics into actionable growth strategies.
• Serve as the primary strategic marketing advisor to APS executive sales leadership to align investments with business outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering strategic thinking and accountability.
• Coordinate with global marketing partners, Experiential Events, and Conferences Marketing to drive consistency and scale.
• Develop KPIs, goals, and test plans to optimize and innovate marketing programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
• 10+ years of direct experience in a related role for the public sector.
• 5+ years of experience managing a team.
• Demonstrated success driving measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes through integrated B2G/B2B marketing programs.
• Proven ability to influence senior executive stakeholders in a highly matrixed, global organization.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
