Senior Director of Marketing (AI)

Location: Portland, Maine — remote from any location

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 OTE per year (base plus bonus)

What you will do

• Lead demand generation and build targeted account-based programs that create qualified enterprise and mid-market pipeline.
• Develop customer marketing programs that drive product adoption, expansion, cross-sell, and advocacy.
• Own product positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement.
• Strengthen hirify.global’s brand presence through digital content, thought leadership, events, and industry channels.
• Build and deploy AI agents and workflows for research, campaign development, content production, personalization, reporting, and analysis.
• Lead a lean internal team while coordinating agencies, contractors, specialist partners, Sales, Account Management, and Customer teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with meaningful leadership responsibility.
• Experience generating pipeline within a clearly defined enterprise or mid-market ICP.
• Experience with customer marketing and expansion, as well as product marketing for sophisticated SaaS or technology platforms.
• Strong positioning, messaging, storytelling, writing, analytical, and financial judgment skills.
• Ability to personally create, test, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows, connect AI with CRM and marketing systems, and establish human review and quality controls.
• Experience leading a lean team while managing agencies, contractors, and specialist partners; a hands-on player-coach approach is required.
