Founding Recruiting Coordinator (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end hiring logistics, including interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and requisition tracking.
• Track candidate experience metrics such as response times, feedback scores, and funnel drop-off points.
• Coordinate interviewer training and ensure consistent use of hiring processes and tools.
• Identify and resolve recruiting funnel bottlenecks through process improvements.
• Maintain accurate employment records covering hires, terminations, leaves, transfers, and promotions.
• Manage onboarding logistics and partner with Operations to refine hiring policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top university.
• New graduates are accepted; 18+ months of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in an adjacent administrative role at a technology or R&D company is highly preferred.
• Ability to learn tools and processes quickly, manage substantial context, and connect details accurately.
• Exceptional attention to detail in scheduling, communication, and offer administration.
• Strong customer-service instincts and an interest in building a career in startup operations.
